St. Francis is excited to host our second annual Golf Par-Tee and Tournament on February 28 and March 1, 2027. After a fantastic inaugural year, this weekend has quickly become a favorite tradition filled with fun, connection, and plenty of Pack spirit. From the Par-Tee to a full day on the course, the event brings together parents, alumni, and friends for great company, friendly competition, and time well spent together. At its heart, this event reflects what makes St. Francis so special, showing up for one another, strengthening relationships, and creating moments our community will remember.

Following the incredible success of Shine On St. Francis, our Gala and Auction remains one of the most joyful and unifying traditions in our community. Every other spring, families, alumni, and friends come together for an unforgettable evening filled with lively entertainment, meaningful connection, and a shared commitment to the future of our school. The celebration begins with sign-up parties, a student raffle, and an exciting online auction, all building toward Gala night and a truly show-stopping Live Auction. More than just a night of fun, the Gala strengthens friendships and celebrates all that makes St. Francis so special.

 

Woolrich Luncheon

Every spring, the St. Francis community gathers for the Woolrich Luncheon to celebrate the transformative experiences made possible through the Sarah W. Woolrich Fund for Faculty. Through the generosity of this community, the Fund provides faculty and staff with extraordinary opportunities to learn, explore, and grow beyond the classroom, experiences that shape how they teach and inspire students. From standing before masterworks in Paris to participating in a dinosaur excavation, walking through the Holy Land, and exploring the Roman Empire, our educators return with fresh perspectives and stories that bring learning to life every day.

St. Francis Festival Day

For more than 50 years, the St. Francis church and school community has come together for the St. Francis Festival, a joyful afternoon of fun, food, and friendship. From games and entertainment to great food and familiar faces, the Festival is a celebration of everything that makes this community so special, bringing together families, alumni, parishioners, and friends to laugh, connect, and enjoy time together. Proceeds from the Festival support the One Community Fund, strengthening both the school and church through projects that enhance campus life, safety, and shared spaces for all.
