For over 25 years, St. Francis Episcopal School has offered its summer program, Summer on the Point (SOTP), to our school community and other students in the Houston area. We are committed to providing a summer experience that is as safe as it is fun.

Discovery Day Camps Themed Weeks

Summer on the Point (SOTP) Discovery Day Camps run Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.   Children are grouped by age and investigate the session topic through a variety of planned activities and free exploration. Dramatic play, planned literacy, music, motor, cooking, art, and science projects help students gain a deeper understanding of the concepts at hand. One day a week will be designated as a special events day with in-house field trips, and Fridays will be our designated Splash Days.

Our themed week schedule will be as follows:

JUNE 3–7
Welcome to Jungle- Join the Wolf Pack

JUNE 10–14
On the Sea - Pirates and Mermaids

JUNE 17–21
Superhero Adventures

JUNE 24–28
To Infinity and Beyond- Space Exploration

JULY 8–12
Graduation 2024         

JULY 15–19
All about Sports  

JULY 22–26
Holidaze - Holiday Extravaganza

Students will have the option to bring lunch or purchase hot lunch that will be provided by SAGE Dining.

Specialty Camps

Our Specialty summer camps put more focus and emphasis on one particular activity and are perfect for those campers who want to excel but still enjoy their summer fun time. The options are endless, including fine arts camps, STEAM camps, innovation camps, sports camps, fun academic camps, and the return of student favorites like Decades and Dolls and Cupcake wars. Our classes vary from 1.5 - 3 hours throughout the day.
